Chili Turkey Wraps

1 LB finely chopped cooked turkey 
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper 
1/2 cup finely chopped carrot 
1 Tbsp olive oil 
1 can (14 oz) chili seasoned tomato sauce 
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce, or to taste 
1/2 tsp dried chili powder, or to taste 
1 Tbsp chopped cilantro 
6 large flour tortillas, warmed 

DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients, except the tortillas, in a sauce pan or skillet & cook over medium heat until peppers & carrots are cooked & mixture is well combined & heated, about 10-14 minutes. Spoon mixture into the center of each tortilla, dividing evenly among each. Fold in sides & roll from the bottom up. Cut in half diagonally & serve.

SERVINGS: 6 TIME: 20 minutes

SERVING TIPS: Add 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies to the mixture while cooking & spread shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture before wrapping. Sandwich is just as good if using 1 to 1 1/2 LB ground turkey, cook as above. A good way to serve leftover holiday turkey.
