Beefy Mediterranean Pita

1 package (2 oz.) Buddig Sliced Beef, cut into thin strips
6 slices unpeeled cucumber, cut into quarters
2 tablespoons bottled light Italian dressing
1 thin slice red onion, separated into rings
2 tablespoons sliced black olives One 6-1/2-inch whole wheat pita bread
2 pieces leaf lettuce
2 tablespoons crumbled Feta cheese
Combine strips of beef, cucumbers, Italian dressing, olives and onion rings; mix
well. Heat pita bread in microwave oven on HIGH (full power) 30 seconds. Cut
bread in half and open to form “pockets”. Line each with a piece of lettuce.
Divide meat mixture evenly between two halves. Sprinkle with Feta cheese and
serve.
