Pineapple Coconut Sherbet (3

2 (8-oz.) cans unsweetened crushed pineapple in Own Juice, drained
2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (available in Health-Foodstores)
2 Tbsp. honey
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into shallow pan; freeze until partially set.
Transfer to a bowl; beat 4 minutes. Pour into a container with cover; freeze until solid.
Soften at room temperature about 15 minutes before serving.
