Campfire Marshmallow Bananas (3 points)

8 ripe bananas, unpeeled
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. mini marshmallows (per banana)
aluminum foil

With the peel on, cut each banana down the middle. Stuff with marshmallows. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and place on hot coals for 5-7 minutes, or until marshmallows completely melt, turning frequently.
