Braised Beef & Red Onion Sandwich
Makes 4 servings
8 slices reduced-calorie rye bread
2 tablespoons prepared country-style mustard
2 servings Beef Braised in Red Wine , chilled
1 cup sliced red onions
Spread 4 of the bread slices with one- fourth of the mustard. To assemble sandwiches, place mustard- spread bread slices, spread- side up, onto work surface; top each with one-fourth of the Beef Braised in Red Wine, onion slices and 1 remaining bread slice. Cut sandwiches diagonally into halves.
