Banana & Peach Chips
Makes 4 Servings
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 medium banana, sliced 1/4" thick
2 medium peaches, pitted and sliced 1/4" thick
Ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 175oF. Line large baking
sheet with foil; spray foil with nonstick
cooking spray.
In small bowl, combine lemon and lime
juice. Dip banana and peach slices into
juice; arrange in single layer on prepared
baking sheet. Sprinkle lightly with
cinnamon. Bake 2-3 hours, until golden.
Store in airtight container.
