Artichoke Turkey Pizza

Butterball, purveyor of all things turkey-related, has created this pizza and suggests serving it with salad.

1 store-bought, pre-baked pizza crust (about 12-inch diameter)
1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
14 oz (398 mL) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup shredded or chopped cooked turkey
14 oz (398 mL) can artichoke hearts, drained, diced
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup grated parmesan

Sprinkle pizza crust with mozzarella. Top with tomatoes, turkey, artichokes, olives and parmesan. Bake directly on centre rack in 450F oven 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 8 slices.
