Pistachio Game-Day Munchies Mix

Pistachio Commission
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
1 cup shelled, roasted/salted California pistachios
2 quarts popped popcorn
Place butter and onion soup mix in covered, microwave-safe, 4-cup glass bowl.
Cook in microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes. Stir in pistachios. Place popcorn
in large bowl. Toss lightly with butter-pistachio mixture. Serve warm. Makes 2
quarts popcorn.
