Cheeseburger Roll-Ups

4 (1/8 inch thick) slices deli cooked roast beef (about 5 oz.)
6 T pasteurized process cheese spread with bacon (from 5-oz jar)
12 baby dill pickles, well drained
Ketchup and/or mustard, if desired
Place beef slices individually on work surface. Spread each completely with
cheese spread.
Place 3 pickles across short end of each slice. If necessary, trim pickles to
fit. Roll up.
Cut each roll crosswise into 1-inch chunks. Secure with toothpicks, if desired.
To eat, dip in ketchup or mustard.
