Crock Pot Macaroni, Cheese & Bacon

Cook's"
8 cups of cooked Macaroni or other pasta
4 bacon rashes - rind removed and diced
½ onion - minced or very finely chopped
2 cups milk
1 tin (13 oz/375ml) evaporated milk
2 eggs - lightly beaten
2oz/60g melted butter
2 tbls vegetable Oil
6 cups Cheese - We used 4 of tasty and 2 of parmesan
Salt and Pepper
Place all ingredients into the crock pot and stir to combine. Cover and cook for
8-9hours on Low and 4-5hours on High. Eat and enjoy
Notes
Serves 6-8 as a meal
Serves heaps as a side dish
