Veal Marengo

From The Dr. Berstein Diet
7 oz veal
4 oz sliced onion
10 oz stewed tomatoes
4 oz mushrooms
2 tsp
Vegeta*
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Fry veal with onions and mushroom in Pam. Add tomatoes and Vegeta and stir well.
Simmer with a lid on low for 1 hour (stirring occasionally). Remove lid and
simmer uncovered for another 20mins or until juice has absorbed.
