Brussel Sprouts with Garlic and Bacon
400 g Frozen sprouts; (13oz)
50 g Butter; (2oz)
125 g Unsmoked bacon; chopped-(4oz)
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cook the sprouts according to the pack instructions.
Heat the butter in a large saucepan.
Add bacon, fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the garlic and fry for a further minute.
Add the cooked sprouts, cook for 2-3 minutes until the sprouts begin
to colour.
Season and serve.
