Golden Topped Salmon

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
Preheat the broiler. Coat a broiler pan or rimmed baking sheet with nonstick
cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the salmon; mix well.
Place the salmon fillets on the pan. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of
the salmon.
Broil the salmon for 10 to 12 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Serve immediately.
