Cheer Up a Crab

2 10 ounce packages frozen spinach, cooked and well drained
1 10 ounce can Rotel tomatoes and green chiles
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup crabmeat (canned, fresh or frozen)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp Mrs Dash
1 tsp dill weed
2 tbsp chopped onion

Place spinach in greased shallow 2 quart casserole. Mix all other ingredients and pour over spinach. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
