Card Club Chicken Salad

2 cups cooked chicken, diced
2 cups cooked macaroni
6 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 cup diced cooked carrots
1 can peas, drained
1 tbsp. minced onions
2 cups celery, diced
1/4 cup green pepper, sliced
1 jar red pimento
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pint mayonnaise
1/4 cup French dressing
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup diced yellow cheese

Mix chicken, macaroni, eggs, carrots, peas, onions, celery, peppers, pimentos and cheese together. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over. Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated; add more mayonnaise to moisten before serving.
