Egg Pizza

10 oz. refrigerated pizza crust (or frozen deep dish pie crust)
8 eggs
4 oz. sausages, cooked and sliced (or cooked and chopped bacon or ham)
1 tomato, sliced
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Bake crust 8-10 minutes. Scramble eggs until moist.
Put sausage in crust. Spread eggs over sausage. Top with tomato and cheese. Bake
5 minutes until cheese melts.
