Moist Cheddar-Garlic Baked Chicken

1/3 cup butter, melted
2-3 cloves fresh minced garlic (or more if desired)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt or seasoning salt (or to taste)
1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs (or more if needed)
1/2 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 dash pepper
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Set oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 13 x 9" baking pan. In a bowl, combine butter,
fresh garlic, garlic powder and salt. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs,
cheddar and Parmesan cheese and pepper. Dip chicken in butter mixture; then in
crumb mixture. Place in prepared pan; cover with foil, bake for 40-45 minutes,
or until juices run clear.
Note: Uncover the chicken for the last 10 minutes to crisp it up.
Also, use a chopper to finely chop the already-grated cheddar to make sure the cheddar cheese is well-incorporated into the coating.
