Breakfast Banana Split

(1 serving)
2 ice-cream scoops of cooked oatmeal
1 banana -- sliced lengthwise
strawberry sauce
blueberry sauce
chopped nuts to taste
Using a suitable banana split dish, add oatmeal. Place one banana slice along
each lengthwise edge of the dish. Top one scoop of oatmeal with strawberry sauce
and the other with blueberry sauce. Sprinkle nuts over topping.
Great way to get kids interested in breakfast!
