Lamb Chop Casserole


6 lean should lamb chops (can also use veal)
1 1/2 cup of water
One 8 ounce can of  tomato sauce
1/4 cup of catsup
1 tablespoon of  Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Preheat oven to 350ºF. In large heavy skillet, brown chops well on both sides. Place chops in shallow baking pan. Pour water into skillet in which chops were browned. Stir to loosen particles in bottom of pan. Add remaining ingredients to skillet, stirring to mix well. Pour all over chops. Cover and bake 1 hour.
