Fruit Sherbet
Juice of 3 oranges
Juice of 1 lemon
3 bananas, mashed
1 cup crushed pineapple
5 cups sugar
1 quart cream
Milk as needed
1 quart sieved apricots, juice and all
Fill freezer with milk fill ¾ full after combining all ingredients but milk. Freeze in ice cream freezer. Makes 1½ gallons.
