Chinese Chicken Salad


4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves -- cooked, cubed
2 packages chicken ramen noodle soup
1 package coleslaw mix
1 cup green peppers -- chopped
1 cup celery -- chopped
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 package Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix

1/4 cup vinegar

1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons oil

In a large bowl, break up uncooked ramen noodles. Add chicken , cabbage, and remaining vegetables. Combine salad dressing mix with vinegar, oil, and water as directed on package. Add chicken flavor packets. Shake well. Just before serving, add sunflower seeds and most of dressing. Toss well.
