Baked Lamb Chops in Wine
4 large meaty lamb chops
1/4 cup apple jelly
1/2 cup white wine
Brown chops in a small amount of oil in skillet. Arrange chops in
baking pan. Mix jelly and wine and pour over chops. Bake in a 350
oven until chops are glazed and cooked.. Baste occasionally and
add more wine if needed.
