Large Rice Cake
Peanut Butter
Any combination of the following:
Raisins
Nuts
Bananas
Apple slices
Colby or mild cheddar cheese strips

Spread a thin coat of peanut butter on the rice cake and then add "features" using raisins, nuts etc. to make a smiling "face." Let them be creative!
Serve with a glass of milk.
