Venison Stroganoff
1 lb. Ground venison
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
8 oz. Sour cream
1 onion, chopped
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
½ ground black pepper
1 T garlic pepper
1 tsp. Basil
Brown meat, add seasonings. Add onion, mushrooms, soup and mild. Mix together and simmer for 15 minutes. Add sour cream and simmer only 3 minutes more. Serve over white rice or cooked noodles.
