Venison Pepper Steaks
2 lb. venison round steak
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 large onion, sliced
6 oz. mushrooms, sliced
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 large green pepper, remove seeds, slice
1 cup water
cooking oil
Cut steaks into 1" strips 3" long. Coat strips with mix of flour, salt
and pepper. Heat oil over medium heat in large fry pan and lightly brown meat.
Drain excess oil. Add onion, mushrooms, green pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir fry for 10 minutes. Add water, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
