River Farm Inn Meat Marinade

Bed and Breakfast, Fleetwood, North Carolina

Excellent on flank steak!

1-1/2 cups salad oil

3/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons dry mustard

2-1/4 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup wine vinegar

1-1/2 teaspoons parsley

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

Combine and let stand overnight with meat.
