Orange Roughy Parmesan
2 pounds orange roughy fillets
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Thaw filets if frozen. Preheat oven to 350. Cut into 6 portions. Place in
single layer in greased 9x13 dish. Combine all other ingredients except for
paprika and spread over fish. Sprinkle paprika on top of fish. Bake for 25-30
minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
