Mediterranean Marinade

From Burbage

 

2 c. olive oil

1 c. fresh lemon juice

2/3 c. red wine vinegar

3 tbsp. chopped oregano

2 tbsp. minced garlic

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients except oil together. Blend until smooth in food processor. Slowly add oil while blending. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
