Horseradish Sauce
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
Soften cream cheese; blend in sugar, horseradish, lemon juice, and
Worcestershire sauce. Fold in the whipped cream. Serve this horseradish sauce
with ham or corned beef.
Makes 2 cups of horseradish sauce.
