Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

Serves: 4

4 med. russet potatoes - baked OR boiled until tender
1 Tbls. butter OR margarine
1 Tbls. minced fresh garlic
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Peel half the skin off the potatoes, then mash them with an electric mixer.
Sauté garlic in butter in a large saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring often, until hot throughout.
