Fall Off the Bone Ribs

3 lbs. pork ribs
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. meat tenderizer
1 bottle barbecue sauce
½ c. catsup
¼ c. yellow mustard
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbps. brown sugar

Place ribs in a large pot. Cover with water and add onion and meat tenderizer.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
Put ribs in a 2 qt. baking dish. Mix up sauce ingredients and pour over the ribs.
Bake for 35 minutes in a 450º oven, uncovered.
