Corned Beef & Cabbage Sandwiches
2 small pkgs. dried corned beef (like Carl Buddig or thin sliced deli)
1/2 c. red cabbage, shredded
1/4 c. celery, finely diced
1/4 c. green bell pepper, finely diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbls. Heinz chili sauce
Mix altogether. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve on toasted dark
Pumpernickel bread. Easily doubled or tripled.
