Cilantro Dijon Marinade
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
grated zest of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 roasted garlic cloves
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Marinate meats for 4 to 6 hours.
