Chuck 'n Suds
2 to 3 pounds boneless chuck, cut into 1 cubes
3/4 cup flour, divided
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 onion, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups beer
Toss beef cubes in 1/2 cup flour. Brown in butter; drain. Combine meat, onion,
salt, pepper, garlic and beer in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7
hours until meat is tender. Dissolve remaining 1/4 cup flour in a little water.
Stir into meat mixture, cook on high 30 to 40 minutes.
