Chili Beef Rotini

8 ounces rotini
12 ounces boneless top sirloin steak, trimmed and sliced into thin strips
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. sesame seeds

For the marinade:

4 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. beef broth
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Cook pasta according to package directions. while pasta is cooking, prepare marinade. IN a large bowl, combine garlic, jalapeno, soy sauce, broth, sugar, and cayenne pepper. Add steak; toss to coat.

Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add steak with marinade to skillet; stir-fry over medium high heat until browned, about 5 minutes.

Drain pasta in a colander. Add pasta and steak to bowl; toss to coat. Divide among serving plates. Sprinkle with black pepper and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
