Chicken Salad Focaccia Sandwiches

1 (10 oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
2-3 T. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2-1 1/2 tsp. course salt
1 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
1 1/3 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
dash garlic powder
dash onion powder 


Heat oven to 350. unroll dough onto ungreased cookie sheet to form 12 X 10" 
rectangle. starting with the short end, fold dough in half, press lightly. 
In small bowl, combine oil and minced garlic, mix well. Spread over dough. 
Sprinkle with salt and rosemary. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are 
golden brown. Meanwhile in medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. To serve, cut warm Focaccia into 4 pieces. Split each piece to form 2 layers. Spoon and spread salad on bottom halves to form sandwiches. Makes 4 sandwiches.
