Cheater Smoked Salmon Pate

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked

1 (8 0z.) package cream cheese, softened

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. onion, minced

1 tbsp. horseradish

1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

1/4 tsp. Tabasco

2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Combine all but parsley, spoon into serving bowl, cover and chill several hours or overnight. Sprinkle with parsley prior to serving. Serve with melba rounds or crackers.
