Buffalo Shrimp on Rice

1-2 lbs large shrimp
3-5 tablespoons cajun saltfree spices
1 packet low sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine ( I used pinot griggo)

Peel and devein shrimp.
mix spices and chicken broth packet in small bowl.
Heat nonstick skillet till water dances across pan.
Decrease heat to medium.
Place shrimp in pan.
Sprinkle shrimp with spice mix.
Turn shrimp over.
Add wine.
Simmer til shrimp are cooked all the way through(about 5 mins).

Rice

Texamatti Rice
add one pkg of low sodium chicken broth
Cook as usual!

Serve shrimp on bed of rice add a salad!
