Breakfast Red Chile Pork

1 clove garlic, chopped
1 large pork chop, cut into 1/2 cubes (you may use left over pork for this)
2-3 tablespoons Chile powder
1-2 teaspoons of cumin
1 cube chicken bouillon

In a large pot, saute garlic in oil. Add pork and brown (if using leftovers, just warm). Add Chile, cumin, and bouillon. Add water to cover and simmer until mixture reaches a gravy-like consistency. This is good served over fried potatoes with fried eggs and topped with grated cheese.
