Breakfast Cookies

2 or 3 of these with a glass of juice makes a healthy and enjoyable breakfast. 

10 strips of bacon
3/4 cup sugar
one stick butter (1/2 cup)
one egg
one cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 cups corn flakes 
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe
Dice and cook 10 strips of bacon until crisp. Cream together 3/4 cup sugar and one stick butter (1/2 cup). Beat in one egg. Add one cup all purpose flour and 1/4 tsp baking soda. Mix well. 

Stir in bacon, 2 cups corn flakes and 1/2 cup raisins. Drop by rounded tblspns on ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 for 15 to 18 min. or just until lightly browned. Cool on cookie 
sheet 2 min before removing to wire racks. Store in fridge. Makes about 2 
dozen.
