Best Ever Spareribs
5 lb. regular rack spareribs or country spareribs.
1 large bottle Bar-B-Q sauce
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. crushed garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Place spareribs into roasting pan, one layer deep. Salt and pepper.
Mix all ingredients together. Bake spareribs without sauce in oven for 45
minutes at 350 degrees. Take out and pour off fat. Pour on mixture. Save a small
amount for basting later. Bake covered for 1 hour. Place in refrigerator
overnight. When ready to serve, turn on grill and barbecue, basting with sauce
often. Serve hot and crispy.
