Pickled Hot Wieners
3 lb. wieners, cut in angle
2 jars hot peppers
1 lg. onion, sliced
3-4 pt. apple cider vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Put all ingredients in jar; fill with water. Makes 1 gallon.

1/4 c. cumin
4 c. white vinegar
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar hot sauce
