Masala Chai


2 oz. cinnamon sticks
2 tbsp. green cardamoms
1 tbsp. black peppercorns
1 tbsp. cloves
Break cinnamon sticks into small pieces. Roast all ingredients in preheated oven at 150 F (70 C) for 10 minutes. Blend in a coffee grinder. Store in an airtight container.

Makes 3/4 cup of mixture.
