Chicken Salad w/Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients:
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cups diced apples
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
dash of dried rosemary
Combine chicken, apples, walnuts, and celery; set aside. Combine mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and rosemary. Gently stir into chicken mixture. Cover and chill. To serve, spoon onto lettuce-lined plates
Makes 3-4 servings.
