Awesome Meatloaf

1-2 lb. extra lean ground beef
1/2 C. chopped onion
1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing Mix, including
flavor pack (any variety)
1 can Swanson’s Beef Broth
Mix all ingredients well. Put into a loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°F.
