Greek-Style Pizza Recipe

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Pita breads or Italian bread shell such as Boboli
2 medium roma tomatoes thinly sliced
1/2 cup artichoke hearts (water packed), drained and cut into chunks.
1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves torn in pieces.
6 pepperoncini sliced and seeds removed
6 Greek kalamata olives, pitted and halved
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

Preparation
Oven 425 degrees F
Stir together the sour cream, basil, and pepper and spread over the pita or Boboli. Top with tomatoes, artichoke hearts, spinach, pepperoncini, olives.
Sprinkle the feta on top of all. Bake in oven on cookie sheet 14-18 minutes or until heated through.
