Corn Pudding

This isn’t corn bread and it isn’t scalloped corn. It is a little of both. It is really good served with grilled meats.

1 oz. can creamed corn
1 oz. corn -drained
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 Jiffy (small oz. package) corn bread mix
1 cup sour cream
1 egg-slightly beaten

Mix and pour into a greased 7”x11” pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
