Brunch Casserole


9 slices of cubed bread
2 lbs. cooked, cooled and drained sausage
3/4 grated cheddar cheese

Place cubes in buttered 2 quart baking dish. Top with sausage and cheese.

Beat the following and pour over the above mixture:
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 cup milk

Refrigerate overnight.

Mix 1 can cream mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 cup milk and pour over casserole before baking in 350° oven (325° for glass pan) for 1 1/2 hours.
