Baked Brie
2 tb butter
1 lge onion, chopped
1 tb crushed garlic
8 oz Brie cheese, rind off & cut into pieces
1 8oz cream cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tb lemon juice
2 tb brown sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 round loaf of bread
Melt butter and sauté' onions and garlic till golden. Set aside. Place Brie and cream cheese in a microwave dish and cook on medium high till melted, 2 minutes. Whisk in onion mixture, sour cream, lemon juice, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Salt & pepper to taste.
Cut off top of the bread and scoop out the center, leaving 3/4" shell. Spoon in mixture then replace top of loaf. Wrap in tin foil and bake till bubbly, about 1 hour. Sprinkle with paprika and serve with cut out pieces of bread and crackers.
