Baby Bok Choy with Ginger


Makes 4 servings.

Fast, fat-free and nutritious, here's an easy, stylish side for simple grilled meats or any Asian dish.

Ingredients:

4  baby bok choy

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and slivered

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoon water

Directions:

Cut bok choy in half length-wise and steam cut side down for 4 minutes, or until tender. Remove to a large platter.

Meanwhile, whisk together soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, water and ginger.

Drizzle sauce over bok choi and serve.
